Small Business IT Service & Support.

My initials are ms. I've been providing residential and commercial it services for a long time. Below you'll see a small list of things I do the most. I often get asked to work on other things, like CNC (and other manufacturing machines) upgrades and repairs, video game systems, and pinball machines. I get all of my work from word-of-mouth referrals. I'm unable to take on additional tasks at this time due to my current workload. Thank you for your visiting.

Computer Repair

I can fix almost any computer. Any make or model. Any home built computer. Windows or Mac. Desktop, laptop, and some tablets. Even that old MacBook you've got tucked away somewhere and need to find.

Data Recovery

Accidently formatted your hard drive, USB flash drive, or memory card? Do you have some pictures or files on an old computer that you'd like to have back?

Maintenance & Upgrades

I can keep older computers, network devices, and manufacturing equipment running. I can upgrade them too.

Development

Websites, desktop applications, custom reports. I have the most experience with C#, SQL (Microsoft & MySQL),PHP, Python, and Visual Basic. I can learn new languages too.

Small Business Support

I plan, develop, and deploy most of the technology that small businesses use, from e-commerce and websites, to computers and phone systems. I can service and support what is currently in use, as well as plan and deploy upgrades and updates.

Networking

I plan, design, and install, most types of networks and equipment. Wired and wireless. Multi-site, point-to-point, and point-to-multi-point. VPN and remote users.

On-Site Service

I come to you. My service area currently extends from Metro Detroit to Toledo.

Off-Site Service

I can setup secure remote access to your network and provide many service and support functions. Quick and efficient. No need to wait for me to get to your office. I can support you and your employees, everywhere you go.

Printer Repair & Maintenance

I won't do this for everyone, but I can repair most printers (including large format copiers and scanners). I will tell you if replacing your printer is cheaper than repairing your printer.

A brief history...

  • I've enjoyed programming since the days of the Commodore Pet and Vic 20.
  • I started my career fixing printers, including large format printers and copy machines.
  • I taught myself networking, earned my A+ and MCSE certifications, as well as many individual device repair certifications (printers, computers, etc.).
  • After working for a few IT service shops, I went out on my own, and have been since.
